South African Content Creators Squad

The idea behind this proposal is to recruit a content creator roster for Apex Legends. The three content creators are based in South Africa and participate in a monthly competition on the continent.

All three of them are talented players who could bring additional visibility to the scene and help establish our international presence.

It is also agreed that if the players' social media numbers (Twitter/Instagram, Twitch, etc.) significantly increase, financial compensation could be considered in the future (subject to contract renegotiation).

Financial Compensation

There will be no direct financial compensation for the players. Instead, there will be a revenue sharing arrangement linked to the affiliate sales of our future jerseys and partner equipment using their promo codes.

However, we will allocate a budget of 1,000 euros to cover potential travel expenses or other ancillary expenses that may require Heroez's financial support (this budget may not necessarily be used).

Delivrables

During the term of the contract, the player is required to meet the following content expectations:

  • Stream live on Twitch for a minimum of 40 hours each month, except for time dedicated to events representing Heroez.

  • Provide a minimum of 2 clips per week for social media.

  • Promote the media packs and overlays provided by Heroez during live streams and on social media accounts.

  • Post at least 3 tweets per month on Twitter, mentioning and referring to @heroez_gg.

  • Participate in marketing activations, such as live unboxing of Heroez clothing or partner products.

  • Be available to represent the brand as an ambassador at events when necessary.

  • Occasionally organize community tournaments hosted by team players.

  • Manage social media contests and giveaways sponsored by Heroez.

  • Regularly participate in podcasts organized by Heroez.

  • Allow the team to use player content for promotional and social media purposes.

  • Promote Heroez while maintaining its reputation.

  • Wear clothing and other accessories designed by Heroez, using and displaying all equipment, peripherals, specified food, beverages, and services provided by the team during each tournament and promotional activity, as well as during live broadcasts (Twitch and others).

  • Refrain from wearing, displaying, or promoting the logo, name, brand, colors, or design of any company, goods, or services other than the team during ZeroehLab events, interviews, or other events where the player represents the team without prior agreement from the team.
